With our latest update, we’ve refined the Whaaat AI workspace around clarity, control, and faster content creation. From a clearer brand profile setup to a smarter way of creating multiple pieces of content at once, your AI workflow just leveled up.
Let’s take a look at what’s new and why it actually matters for your content creation.
🚀 1. Brand Profiles
Instead of asking you to fill out endless fields, we flipped the model.
You now simply add:
• Your website URL
• Brand documents (PDFs, decks, .txt files, etc.)
• Optional custom information your agents should know
From there, Whaaat AI automatically analyzes and extracts key information:
✅ Your target audience
✅ Your brand voice
✅ Your point of view
You’ll also get profile insights and a quality score, so you can see how strong your setup is and where it can be improved.
This means every agent now truly knows your brand from day one, without you repeating context or creating long prompts.

Brand Profiles are now split into two clear areas:
Profile Details & Insights
This is where Whaaat AI shows you what it extracted:

• Perspective strength
• Overall profile quality
Instead of guessing whether your AI “gets it,” you can now see and improve it over time.
Profile Data & Documents
This is where you manage URLs, files, and custom information. You can upload any information such as:
- Marketing trend docs
- Product positioning frameworks
- Technical documentation
- Partner-specific materials

🧭 3. The New Navigation: Left, Clean, and Built for Focus
You’ll notice the biggest shift right away: navigation has moved to the left.
Why? Because it keeps your workspace distraction-free and predictable.
You now have quick access to:
• Your agents
• Brand profiles
• Recent chats
Everything stays within reach while you work, no jumping between screens, no clutter.
It’s a small UI change with a big impact on focus and flow.
💬 4. One Ask → Multiple Pieces of Content
This is one of the most important updates.
Instead of creating content one platform at a time, you can now tag agents or platforms directly when you start.
You simply describe what you need… then tag the agents you want.
For example:
“Announce our new feature. Focus on time savings.”
